Siglinde is the former protege of Mistress Lucia de Enzinas.
Her apprentices and former apprentices include Xristina Viaceslavova, Lucia de Enzinas, Eluned verch Angor, Alais de Poitiers, Jane Caldwell, Lachlan, Avelyn Wexcombe of Great Bedwyn, and Dorothea af Holm.

Other Interests
Siglinde is the premier member of the Order of the White Wolf Fian. She first challenged in 1998, and has renewed in 2000, 2004, 2007, 2011, 2015, and 2018.
Siglinde completed the A&S 50 challenge.
Siglinde is a member of the Royal Guild of Ealdormerian Feast Cooks, the Royal Horticultural and Herbalism Guild of Ealdormere, and the Skraeling Althing Cooking Group. She is a former member of Baron Henry’s Players.
Siglinde is also a member of the Dark Ages Recreation Company, a Viking Age group made up mostly of SCA members that focuses on education and museum work. She has traveled to l’Anse aux Meadows several times to work as an interpreter at their living history site.
SCA History
Siglinde joined the SCA back in 1983, and was a founding member of the Canton of Trinovantia Nova. She moved to what was then the Canton of Skraeling Althing in the Barony of Skraeling Althing in 1985, and never left except when posted abroad for work. Living in Brazil for two years sparked her interest in the age of exploration and Portuguese colonial history. Her love of medieval Mayan and Spanish history was sparked while living in El Salvador for three years. Her best SCA achievement during that time was producing the Baronial chronicle every month. She has contributed articles to Tournaments Illuminated and the Compleat Anachronist. Siglinde has been event steward many times, enjoys serving at feast as often as possible, loves to teach (especially at Practicum), and can often be found in the kitchen at events throughout the Barony. Her newest amusements are court heraldry, painting and calligraphy.
