hlafdige Ælfwyn et Langanwuda (also known as Aelfwyn of Longwood) is an early 10th-century Mercian.

Ælfwyn has stood as King's Champion to Nigel II, Queen's Champion to Josephine, Princess' Champion to Rylyn, and as Baronial Champion of Skraeling Althing, to Eric and Xristinia. She has also has served as Captain of the Unbelted Champions during the reigns of Edouard and Genevieve, and Sigfried and Ragni.
Ælfwyn is holder of the first fencing scarf granted in Ealdormere, by the hand of Prince Menken.
Ælfwyn has done three challenges into the White Wolf Fian. Her projects were: Tree to Jewelry Casket; Coppergate Helm; and Pole Lathe.
