Ollamh Emer ingen Uí Áedán (she/her) is a 7th-century Irish woman who travels between her family's holdings in Éire (specifically on the coast of Ulster) and in Dál Riata in Alba.

Whereabouts

Emer currently resides in the Canton of Bryniau Tywynnog, in the Barony of Ramshaven.

  • Device: Per pall inverted argent, gules, and sable, two foxes salient respectant counterchanged and a triskelion of spirals argent.
  • Badge: (Fieldless) three foxes courrant in annulo, conjoined at the paws, proper.
  • Household Badge: Gules, two goats combattant Or. Badge of the High Rafters' Barnatafl (literally “Kid's Table), shared with Matheus hundamaðr.
  • Laurel Badge: (Fieldless) On a chalice argent sustaining in chief a flame proper a triskelion of spirals sable.

Emer is, by royal decree, the President of the Steinarr Fan Club.

She is a member of the Barnatafl, or “Kid's Table”, of Haakon's High Rafters.

Ollamh Emer has two children: Ravenhilde of Ramshaven (Morgana) and Thora feilan (Lorelei).

Emer was apprenticed to Mistress T'svia bas Tamara v'Amberview and Mistress Marian of Heatherdale. She was also the protege of Mistress Morgana bro Morganwg, though her belt was returned upon her Laurelling.

She has an apprentice in the form of Guoillauc filius Brancu. Guoillauc had been her student for many years, but the relationship became formalized at FOOL, 2022.
