Constance of Caldrithig

Persona

Constance of Caldrithing (she/her) was born and raised in Kingeston, about 15ish miles from Westminster, around 1150. Constance married at the age of 21, she was widowed by Queen Eleanor's Revolt of 1173 when her husband answered the call to defend his King. Being the only child of an only child, she inherited her father's estate upon his death in 1175. She has managed them well and increased her wealth and renown. Named Custance by her family, she adopted the more refined Constancia to advance her position at Court. Being a rich widow has offered Constance a great deal of freedom.

Constance currently resides in the Canton of Caldrithig, in the Barony of Skraeling Althing.

Constance joined the SCA in November of 2003, and hasn't looked back.

• Cooking (Constance enjoys feeding people.)
• Autocratting (Constance is said to be able to organize an event even under the most extreme conditions.)

Other Activities

Constance's virtues are numerous. She is everyone's Mother, both disapproving and encouraging in equal parts. Known for needing a Royal Order to stop serving any more feast, she will feed you if you sit still long enough.

Constance is hardcore and may be addicted to hand sewing and/or needle work.
