In order for the SCA to prosper, it is important that participants all keep recruiting in mind. The SCA is not for everone, and all SCAdiens have favourite activities. Some may stay for life and some may leave, but the diverse viewpoints and interests of newcomers keep our Society strong, interesting and vibrant for all.

Although this responsibility is associated with the Chatelaine's office, everyone can contribute and help.
