The Minister of the List is an officer designated by the Earl Marshal or a deputy under the Earl Marshal (for example, the Kingdom Fencing Marshal) to maintain the official database of authorizations and waivers within the Kingdom for their respective discipline. The Minister of the List does not need to be an authorized participant in the discipline.

The Minister of the List for armoured combat reports directly to the Earl Marshal. This office is responsible for maintaining the list of authorized combatants, marshals and their waivers. Additionally, the armoured combat Minister of the List assists with Crown Tournaments.
