The Knowne World refers to the places where the Society for Creative Anachronism exists.
The Knowne World is divided into twenty Kingdoms, each with its own set of traditions and awards. However, some awards, such as Award of Arms and Patent of Arms are recognized across the entirety of the Knowne World.
