Details: Chosen from research entries focused on some aspect of music from any time period covered by the SCA. This could be anything from music theory or notation, to stylistic observations about music from a particular time and place, to articles on the place of music in society, to studies of music crafted for a particular purpose (e.g. for dance, theater, court, home, pubs, gossip transmission, etc), to using some aspect of extant music to support some other aspect of SCA research and historical knowledge (e.g. using song lyrics to support the existence of a particular fashion or societal trend, using extant instruments or instrument construction treatises to support other woodworking projects, etc).
