Sadb

Persona

Sadb (pronounced “Sive” rhymes with “drive”) can usually be found around the 10th century and can always be found in Ireland. Sometimes, she is a Norse-Gael living in Dyflin around the 10th century and at other times is a Munster-born woman who may be a Bean Feasa or might just be an innkeeper. She might or she might not have been married, but there is no sign of any husband around her now. Sometimes she manages to jump centuries and masquerades as later-period nobility, but she struggles to maintain this persona for very long. Whatever the period or venue, you can probably find her dancing.

Sadb currently resides in the canton of Caldrithig, in the Barony of Skraeling Althing.

Sadb's first event was Paardenbloem in Spring 2024, after which she stated, “That was fun, but I can't see myself really committing to it.” Then, she discovered dance and Everything Changed. She led her first dance session at the Feast of the Hare in November 2024 and has since apprenticed herself to Master Jamie FitzMordain Blackcloak with a focus on teaching.

Sadb is the Deputy Steward for the 2025 Feast of the Hare.
