Jørgen Lennertson
Persona
Jørgen Lennertson is an early period Norse persona;
Jørgen was born in AD 855 on a farm just outside Tønsberg, at the head of Tønsbergfjorden in what would become Norway. Not one for farming, he would often sneak off to hunt and watch the ships sailing in and out of the port. Being a natuarlly gifted archer he would more often than not bring home something for dinner, thus avoiding his mothers anger at his avoided his chores. When he was 16 he started working for one of the local blacksmiths in the port.
Whereabouts
Jørgen and his family currently reside on the Jørgenhold, on the outskirts of the barony of Ben Dunfirth.

SCA History
Jørgen has been participating in the SCA since April 2015, attending Kingdom A&S in Guelph as his first event. He soon became the baronial Pursuivant herald after expressing an interest in the heraldic arts. He has held mostly heraldic offices since joining the SCA.
Recently Jørgen has taken up fencing as he is no longer medically allowed to fight in heavy combat.
In 2022, he became Baron of Ben Dunfirth, where he works diligently with his wife Her Excellency Meredyth Llwellyn, to ensure the smooth operation of the barony.
Affiliations
He is a protege to Master Brand Thorwaldsen.
Member of house Fraken Kraken.
Member of the Vexillology Guild of Ealdormere, and the Ealdormere College of Heralds.
