The Athenaeum Hectoris is a group devoted to those within the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA) who are scriveners, litterateurs, penmen, scribes, wordsmiths, scribblers, poets, hagiographers, memoirists, chroniclers, storytellers, skalds, scops, wordmongers, versifiers, prosateurs, or other producers of the written (and occasionally oral) word.

The Patron of the Athenaeum is Master Hector of the Black Height.
