A Deputy is a subordinate to an officer.

Deputies come in three main types:

• Emergency Replacement: These deputies are there in case the officer cannot fulfill the office due to unforseen events.
• Successor: These deputies are training to succeed the officer when their term of office ends.
• Specialist: These deputies cover specialized parts of the officer's job. Examples include Green Mantle (the Kingdom's Submission Herald) as a deputy to Trillium Herald; and Kingdom Archery Marshal as a deputy to the Kingdom Earl Marshal.

Not all offices have deputies.
