Order of the Wain

The Order of the Wain is a grant-level Order in the Kingdom of Ealdormere. It is a polling order, thus members of the order give suggestions to the Crown for new inductees.

Requirements

Members of this Order are individuals who:

  • Have performed exemplary and long-standing service to Ealdormere in a variety of different areas
  • Present a reasonably authentic appearance
  • Provide an example of courtesy and chivalry worthy of emulation

Symbols and Titles

Recipients may style themselves “The Honourable Lord” “The Honourable Lady”, or “The Honourable Noble”. They are properly addressed as “Your Lordship”, “Your Ladyship” or “Your Nobleness”.

Recipients may also bear the badge Argent, a saltire pierced, on a bordure gules in cross four mullets argent.
