====== Armoured Combat: Rules of the List ======

The Rules of the List are a document governing [[activities:martial:armoured combat]] activity within the SCA.  These serve as the overall foundation of armoured combat across all Kingdoms; many Kingdoms publish supplemental combat rules which further amplify and define the rules.

The phrase "Rules of the List" is often used as a shorthand for the entire corpus of combat rules, including the [[Conventions of Combat]], [[Weapon Standards|weapon-]] and [[Armour Standards|armour standards]]; however each Kingdom's maintains their own Conventions of Combat and armour standards are technically separate documents from the Rules of the List.
