Mihko Pîsim means "Red Sun" in Nêhiyawêwin (Cree spoken language) and is written **ᒥᐢᑯ ᐲᓯᒼ** in syllabics. This is an officially registered name, though Ren is their colloquial name. In reference to a title, it is appropriate to refer to them as: Okimâw Mihko (Okee ma, emphasis on first syllable), Okimâw, Your/Their Excellency.
