====== Order of Precedence ======

The **Order of Precedence** is a formal listing of all members of a [[groups:start|group]] by rank.  This rank is determined by [[awards:start|awards]] given by the [[activities:service:offices:Crown]]. Within a bracket where numerous people carry the same rank, the date the award was given is used - an earlier date places an individual further up the Order of Precedence.    

Some Baronies keep their own Order of Precedence, but in [[branches:kingdom:Ealdormere]] the Kingdom Order of Precedence (Wolfium) is most often referenced.

In Ealdormere, the ranking on the Order of Precedence is as follows:

  * [[awards:grant of arms|Grant level awards]], given in Ealdormere
  * [[awards:grant of arms|Grant level awards]], given by other Kingdoms
  * [[awards:award of arms|AoA level awards]], given in Ealdormere
  * [[awards:award of arms|AoA level awards]], given by other Kingdoms
  * [[awards:Award of Arms]]

The following awards do not grant precedence:

  * [[awards:Award of the King's Favour]]
