-Ysabel Hudon (also known as Yael bat Shiloh mibeit haMaayan) is a Jewish woman living the in the mid-15th century. Ysabel's family is from Northern France, but fled to Provence during her childhood due to expulsions of the Jews in various areas of Europe.
-Ysabel is an active candle-maker, knitter, and sewer, depending on rules set by the monarchy at the time. Ysabel likes to join in occasional singing, and watching others dance. She's working on her weaving skills, and loves watching others do handiwork as well.
-Like most Jews of the time, she is literate, and is good with numbers.
