The family that Lord Raffaello has found in his travels are kept near to Kaisa's heart, and when she hears of a need they have, she endevours to help. This goes along with the Helium Hand accusation, as on more than one occasion she has found herself making, or offering to make, garments for Avacalians, or finding housing and food when members of her extended family has made the long trek to Ealdormere.
