-King Evander and Queen Marioun are the current [[activities:service:offices:King]] and [[activities:service:offices:Queen]] of Ealdormere.
-Evander and Marioun issued a royal challenge to fighters and fencers.  At each event, each combatant received tokens based on their fighting awards: a member of the [[awards:Order of the Chivalry]] or a [[awards:order of defense|Master of Defense]] started with two white tokens, a member of the [[awards:Order of Thorbjorn's Hammer]] started with three red tokens, and all other combatants started with five plain tokens.  Combatants could challenge up or laterally, and the loser of the fight gave one of their tokens to the winner.  Tokens were collected and tallied at the end of each event; this challenge took place at events across the duration of their reign.
-During this reign, the children of Ealdormere were given cards with which to play a game styled "Beasts of War".  The cards had wolves, boars, and unicorns on them, and could be used to play "rock, paper, scissors" or similar games.  Special cards with heraldry were able to be collected as well.
