 The **Barony of Rising Waters** is one of the five Baronies of the Kingdom of [[Branches:kingdom:Ealdormere]], holding the lands of the Niagara Peninsula. Founded as the Canton of Rising Waters in A.S. 16, Rising Waters was elevated to Baronial status in A.S. 23 (1989), and became the third barony in the Kingdom of Ealdormere. It's first Baron and Baroness were Mikhail Woodroffe and Fiona Averylle O'Connor of Maidenhead.
